AudioTex (High-density E1/T1/ISDN, Low - density analog) |
|
Our high-density server is configured as a heavy traffic
platform using E1,T1, or ISDN, and provides many service
templates such as: operator one-to-one, conferencing, audio
prompts, or outbound dialing with digital or analog support
as well. Based on an opened system architecture, the palette
of services can be easy enriched to satisfy customer
requirements.
|
|
A client side application (PhoneOp) provides the operator
with many useful features such as call transfer, call
another operator in his own conference, mute/activate a
specific client, remove a client from his conference. The
operator also has a timer for each client and a global timer
to register overall phone activity.
|
|
|
The functionality and task for each channel is displayed in
a real-time status interface in order to supervise system.
The interface provides two feedback variants: brief or full
with a lot of technical info about the status of the
channel. The application is scalable being able to support
any number of hardware channels (digital/analog), without
disturbing normal lines functionality.

The system keeps track of all calls in a special AUDIT table
inside an Access 97 database. Records may be viewed through
a general report window. Other useful information can be
added specifically for your business's needs.

A small client application enhances the the system (Fig.3).
The operator can snap the total time in a special file
PHONEOP.LOG to keep tracking of total activity. He may also
call another operator in the current conference, release a
conference member, or enable or disable (mute) any member.
The operator also has the ability transfer a member to
another valid extension (routing). All of these operations
are recorded in the server's AUDIT table.
